이용자의 개인정보 보호 및 권익을 위한 처리방침 (Korean / English)
1. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적
회사는 인천공항 픽업 구매대행 주문 접수, 본인 확인, 결제 처리, 알림톡/메신저 견적 발송, 공항 현장 물품 전달 및 해외 배송(EMS) 처리를 위해 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
- 신청자 정보: 성함, 휴대폰 번호, 수신 메신저 ID (카카오톡, 왓츠앱, 라인, 위챗)
- 수령 및 출국 정보: 공항 터미널(T1/T2), 출국일자, 항공편명, 수령 위치
- 해외배송 시: 해외 수취인 영문 성함, 현지 연락처, 국가, 우편번호, 영문 상세 주소
- 결제 시: 결제 승인 정보 (카드사명, 결제금액 등 - 카드번호는 전자결제사에서 암호화 처리)
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
원칙적으로 서비스 완료 후 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관련 법령에 따라 대금결제 및 재화의 공급에 관한 기록은 5년간 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않으며, 결제 처리(포트원, KG이니시스, 엑심베이) 및 해외 배송(우체국 EMS)에 필요한 최소한의 정보만을 위탁 처리합니다.

We collect minimal personal data solely for processing purchasing requests, secure payment verification, dispatching messenger quote links, gate deliveries at Incheon Airport, and international EMS shipping.
2. Items of Personal Data Collected
- Applicant Info: Name, Mobile Phone Number, Messenger ID (KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat)
- Flight & Pickup Info: Terminal (T1/T2), Departure Date, Flight Number, Pickup Gate
- For Global Shipping: Overseas Recipient Full Name, Local Phone Number, Country, Zip Code, Full Address
- Payment Data: Transaction approval data encrypted via certified payment gateways.
3. Retention & Usage Period
Personal data is securely destroyed once service fulfillment is completed, except where retention is required by applicable e-commerce consumer protection laws (e.g., 5 years for transaction records).
4. Third-Party Provision
We do not share your personal data with third parties except certified payment gateways (PortOne, Eximbay) and courier services (Korea Post EMS) strictly required to fulfill your order.
