2. Surcharge Criteria for Oversized / Heavy Orders
- Standard base fee (25,000 KRW) applies to 1 shopping bag size (within 5kg / up to 5 items).
- For Lotte Mart bulk groceries, large boxed items, or carry-on suitcase volume, a volume/weight surcharge (+10,000 KRW~) applies.
- Due to compact vehicle transport environments, items exceeding 1m in single length or 15kg in single weight may be restricted.
